Okay, this has probably been posted already since this happened over 2 years ago, but I feel too fried right now to search 6 pages. :| Consider it a reminder, if nothing else. Archive.org has all sorts of things that pop up under the umbrella term of "doll book". The community texts collection gets all sorts of things, just save it when you see it because it might turn into a book to borrow at any moment :/
