MH yay. I just found Wydowna in the thrift store.
I believe Susie ended up becoming part of an Integrity Toys line? I'm not 100% on that though.
Oh, Wydowna! I've actually never been lucky enough to own her. I keep looking for a good second hand deal, though.

Rochelle is so cute! And I find Clawdia amusing; I think it's her effervescent smile!
I think I am only missing Lagonna out of the core characters, now I think on it. Oh, and a Frankie. I've never really found one I like as much as the original first release which I did have but detoriation issues.
Rochelle's expression is always so endearing to me and I think Clawdia's sculpt is one of those that tends to grow on you. I do definitely like it more now than I did the first time I saw it - and I didn't dislike it then.

There's dolls you can see as being spiritually related - Emerald the Enchanting Witch and even BeGoths - but MH was a fairly unique thing in terms of dolls marketed to girls. I really miss this level of creativity.

I hope you manage to find her!

I think I can see a reproduction type line coming about at some point. It's a shame Mattel dropped the ball on the line - in theory, if they hadn't flodded the market in the way they did, and then made such extreme changes, it's possible it could still be going now. Well, maybe.
