Wow...

I'm sort of like Mlatch-san, as well. I have completed all my wanted doll 'sets', all my 1/3 DD dollfie, we've finished all their clothing and I am happy with the outcomes, so I have no resolutions for dolls this year.....

....let me think, there's got to be something.......

......oh yes! I need to get the 1/6 sets out of their curios and take full group shots all together---the Sailor Moon set, the Yu-Gi-Oh! set, the La Corda set and the Disney Princess set, namely.

The other 3 sets' [Gundam Wing, HaruToki and X-Men] group shots are still appropriate and not obsolete with no missing 'members' or revised dolls like the others mentioned above. And the 1/3 doll sets are all finally photographed together and taken care of, so they're all set....

So, my mission this year is to photograph all those 1/6 gangs, in a group picture together.

OK, not so much a resolution as a consideration....

I'm thinking of consolidating and reorganizing my blogs. One will be written "in character", somewhat like Pinkie's Big World, while the other will be a general interest blog with a focus on my hobby interests. This is pretty much what I do now but I have stuff spread out among three Blogger accounts and one Live Journal. Yesterday, I deleted one blog and started a new one with the same account that I might use for the general interest/hobby side. Pinkie's Big World would get consolidated with the LJ and used to re-work my oldest blog. That likely means that Pinkie's Big World would be going away, although "she" would still be the primary author at the "in character" blog.

I'm still pondering this, however.

Rofl, I just realised. Last year I only had the core 25 1/6th dolls in my possesion. This year I have around 90 dolls. :?

Next year I want to get a Cy Girl pale body for Victoria.
I shall somehow give Luke wrists.
Emma needs a peachy skinned Pivotal body.
I'll acquire a vintage Allan somehow.
I need to make a Stormer doll from Jem and the Holograms.
Work on Retro Girl Squad Headquarters.
Find my Jacob a better body so he can be a villain in my story.
Get two 25cm Obitsus for my poor floating heads.
Find a natural skinned thin teen boy body for my poor elf head Griffin.

I guess I'll be saving for a body for the Obitsu Sheba head I just bought on a Christmas splurge over at Junkyspot. Other than that the only planned additions I have will be some of the 2.0 Barbie Basics. I'd like to try concentrating on the dolls I have rather than acquiring more. All bets are off if Soom re-releases Cass again the way they've been doing with some of the other monthlies. I will damn well put her on layaway. She is a doll I really regret not going for when she first came out. Otherwise I may go chasing her on the secondary market as some folks should be getting "tired" of her...i.e. needing money for the newest Soom Monthly.
Other than that I want to build up a decent wardrobe for Claire and Olivia as my only 1/3 gals their clothing options are rather skimpy. Claire's lucky in some ways as she can wear some stuff for 1/3 and some stuff for 1/4.
Also - I must stay away from the Pullip crack. I could easily break mah dollieh budget chasing after them. I've got two....isn't that enough?

Ohhh, let's see now ...

1. Finally buy a 47cm or 50cm body for my poor Haruka head who has been bodiless for several years now.

2. Bring home Piper's twin brother, who has also been AWOL for several years. (Actually, I should probably make this #1 priority, else Piper might have something to say about it).

3. Puck still needs HIS older brother home, too (a minifee Karsh).

4. Finally got my Shadow King. Now I need to start searching for the perfect sculpt for his Gabriella. She isn't high priority, though.

5. Get this place cleared out, rearranged and orginized and get some better lighting so I can actually start taking decent photos.

6. Maybe get a new camera with changeable lenses and stuff to help me out with the phototaking (I miss the "antique" non-digital camera my uncle gave me years ago, from when HE was in college. That thing was AWESOME).

7. One of these days, actually put the two Otaku girls I bought into the armor sets I bought with them. Stringing that armor onto their bodies looks complicated enough that I've been putting it off. ^^;

8. Get some smaller clothes and actual shoes for the Hujoo Berry I bought (and steal back most of the MSD wigs she claimed, too).

And that's all for now. heh

I don't need encouragement, KD! :P

I should've added possibly getting a couple of 27cm Obitsu bodies for the Pullips. Anytime I fooling with them I'm afraid I'm gonna snap off a foot or something. Also, being on Obitsu bodies would make the clothes and shoes fit better. I already put Froggy on a 23 cm body and she looks adorable. I need to take pictures of that.
