The problem with everyone's suggestions of RVs and trailers is 1.) Space, and 2.) I live with other family members (my grandparents and mother), and that would be a definite "No". It's taken me years to convince them to even let me do this, and then they have to approve of the design so it isn't, in their words, an eyesore . . . Plus, my grandfather wants a "summer project" because he's going stir crazy being trapped inside all the time, so he's looking forward to having something to do, even if it's just running wiring for electricity to a shack beside the house and spending a couple hours helping me stick down peel and stick tiles.

The average price for a 50 year old RV is $1500-$3000. Obviously they come with problems. Usually the problems are with the motor under the hood, and the fact that they need serious cleaning. You aren't going to need the motor under the hood, you can even get the thing towed to where you intend to park it. Rent a steam cleaner and go to town. After that your needs are an electrical hookup, and maybe water and sewage. If you never use the toilet, sewage will not be an issue; they have two tanks, a "black water" tank where all the bad stuff goes and a "grey water" tank where stuff that goes down the sink goes. You can empty the gray water tank on the ground or into buckets to carry off and dump.
All you damn kids get offa my lawn!

On the project side assemble your own sheds are cheaper. The box was delivered to the house and it went up in a couple of days. I don't know the exact dimensions, they're close to my bedroom, but it has windows and a sky light.

*Doll wise I'd like to find a tall pale made to move Barbie to put the Fashionista 91 head on. I have the other three sizes and might go regular but she came on a tall and I could use one.

I just preordered my first doll in two years. I am getting a Youpla Doll Ziya. She's 40cm and supposed to be close to MNF measurements. I have wanted her for a very long time so I'm excitedly waiting 4 months for her arrival!

Yesterday I bought Hairdorables Hairmazing Prom Kali, and promptly changed her dress. I need to find someone who wants the gown, because I've found I don't like prom dresses on my dolls.

For the record, if anyone reads this, Hairmazing dolls don't look bad in Monster High dresses.

I had a little windfall come my way and, while most of it went into savings, the DH said to go ahead and get myself a new doll. Since my new favorite is my SmartDoll, I would like another, but they are not producing anything new at the moment. I'd really like a boy doll, but I also saw an adorable girl with freckles who is due to be available soon. I read someplace on the site that they expect some new stuff out in March, so I think I'm going to just have to be patient.
Just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD.

Now to wish for a proper made to move petite Barbie in the nostalgic skin tone. I have the Nutcracker Clara but she's few joints short, like the Extras are. Big difference is the flat feet with no ankle making it tricky to fit many shoes :/

The next tall nostalgic might get a Takara head I have on a pivotal.

~Doesn't even want to know if any existing ones match the vintage heads~

Since you don't want to know, I won't tell you the blonde hiker is a pretty good match for a Teen Skipper I have that has the orangeish undertone from the 90s.

That's interesting to know, I have a bunch of 90s Teen Skippers but I also have a ship load of clothes so any replacement bodies would need to fit those. I have a surfing Skipper and basketball Stacey I haven't been able to try yet.

I was meaning the really old school like the Mod era heads I've been rerooting. Altho having one for the Starr doll Tracey would be nice. She matches the first round of Malibu dolls.
