2011 Doll resolutions

Make new doll friends, a short haired Roger Daltrey for the Little Who, and an Apoxie Sculpt Centaur of Attention. Still pondering how to do horse joints and might end up figuring that out.

I'd like to find a BW MNF to retool my Keheley character (right now my NS Juri '10 is graciously filling in).

I'd like to get two 27cm size dolls for a set of fairy twins. If I get any doll money for Christmas, I might get a jump start with a couple of Doll Leaves 27cm dolls before the event runs out.

For 2011, I hope to...

*Remember that I had to reduce my dolls by half because I didn't have the space after the move. So, no buying a ton of dolls *or* props this year, no matter what Mattel manages to unveil in the Monster High line.

*Step off the scary-go-round that seems to be part-and-parcel of being a MH fan. The constant hunts and ridiculous searching is not something I wanna do two years in a row. Takes up too much time I could spend creating, instead of buying.

*Know that I have what I want, and I want all that I have.

*Stay out of the blasted fabric stores !

At this point I should appreciate the 1/6 dolls I do have, and make more clothing. I'd also like to get up my nerve and try a repaint on one Belle head I have.

I would like to find the money for a couple of Obitsu 27 cms. That was also the plan for this past year, so we'll see what happens.

1) See just how many pics it takes to wear out my camera. ^__^

2) Build/buy sets and props for said truckload of pics

3) Write Ginaphae's story, so it can stop swirling about in my head.

4) Finish the rest of the "kids" here at the boarding house.

Take more pictures of everyone with their clothes on. I've been doing so many for the website I've forgotten about regular ones and photo stories.

Newest resolution:

Since Riven's decided on his body he's going to be a neko boy. I'm praying his face-up turns out well. Haruka show so much emotion without a face-up but she's got acrylics. This boy's an anime kid.

Finally take my dolls to a family function. (Once Riven is home safe and sound.)

Make doll clothes for 21 and 27 cm dolls to sell on Ebay.

And lastly: Make cosplays for Haruka and Riven....And bring them on vacation with me this year. (However they will stay inside my bag unless I'm holding them up to potential outfits or if I'm in my hotel room.)
