Penny decided to try on my Kaye Wiggs MSD's default wig today. I like it better than I thought I would. Her tea skin tone is like a good tan on a white person, so I was concerned about how white would go with that. (I was recalling a girl in my past who used to wear that combo, but I think her tan was fake and more orangey back then!) I'd really prefer no bangs for long hair on her and I think this one is a little too bright white. I'm thinking about trying to find her one that is more silver. There are a couple on etsy I like but it's hard to see if it's silvery or just light gray.

There are Etsy sellers who will do commissions, so perhaps you could find a style you like and the seller could make it in the color you want?

They usually charge more for those and rightfully so, but I'm now on fixed income and have to be more careful. I did order a couple new ones tho, one 'pumpkin spice' and one in a silver. There were some nice Labor Day sales going on with free shipping so it was worth it. If they don't suit, I'll just resell. Now I need to get off my duff and do some sewing.

The pumpkin colored wig arrived today and I like it, but not love it. I think I prefer her in bangs. Here she is, still in her ill-fitting tank top that I haven't adjusted yet and with a new tote bag for her pet fox to ride it. It's one of those Walmart 28" doll line of stuff that looks cute with them.
