And for five minutes I might consider taking commissions on repainting 1/6 scale heads (the hard non rooted ones) because I'll be doing a bunch next month and once the paint is out it's out.

The original ones, and a few from the 2006-2008 era, or at least the ones whose eyes aren't in two separate zip codes. Chelsea is cute and all, but Kelly is better quality for the price. I sometimes buy Chelseas in the store if one speaks to me, but for the most part Chelsea is like the Fashionistas. She gets mugged for her clothes. Well, her skirt/shorts, since apparently Mattel doesn't believe in giving Chelsea the option to change her shirt. -_-

eBay is my go-to for Kelly dolls. You can usually find them under $20, which, doe the quality, is a pretty good deal.

My current evil scheme is to take a Rainbow High River Kendall doll and turn him into an Emo punk alt thing. I custom ordered some clothes off Etsy, so he has some band t-shirts. The next step is to dye his hair black! I've been watching tutorials on Youtube and apparently dying nylon hair is pretty easy with the correct dye. I'm pretty stoked. After that, I'll paint on some eyeliner and nail polish and then put him together to show you guys!

I'd be terrified to dye doll hair incase it accidentally stained the doll and would rather reroot.

I am waiting for the new Harry Potter dolls to come out and I am trying to make a Totoro costume for my 1/6 doll.

Currently waiting for my income tax return so I can 1.) Get a new phone (headphone jack is basically dead in my current one), and 2.) I want the Best Thing Ever Dree Hill doll from Integrity Toys, and she's currently selling for around $350 on eBay. @-@

Finally decided to make anime style Frozen, Tangled and Sleeping Beauty dolls.
Rooted the hair already and started painting the faces today. Coming out great so far!

I've always wanted to do this but never actually did until now.

My dream doll is a Fairyland Minifee Chloe. I have had two. First I had one in white skin, I loved her SO much but wasn't happy with the white skin. So I sold her and ordered a new one in normal skin. But Fairyland has changed the standard face up over the years, so the one I got looked different and I just couldn't bond with her. I regret selling the first one! I hope to find a second hand one that I love as much as her. (Second hand because then I can see the actual face up before buying)

I fell in love with her too and found a great price on one at the Resin Cafe bboard. She had a horrible faceup so I had darling SetsunaKou fix her up for me and I love her now. I don't have her out to play with as much as I wish tho. Here she is being all Lolita.

Our guv announced that we will be receiving the biggest Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend ever, partly to help people with their outrageous utility bills, so the DH has told me that I can have some for a new doll. I'm torn between a Ruby Red Fashion Friends which I think are so cute or a new Smart Doll. I've wanted a Dimension or a boy doll. I think the boy Smartie is not likely as they sell for way too much when they do show up anywhere, but if they get her back in stock at the right time, it seems likely I would go for the Dimension. I just think she's so pretty!
