Are the Mattel Zombies 2 dolls the same head size as Barbie?

Hi!

Hope someone here knows the answer! I've been looking at this doll to make into a custom OOAK for a commission:

But need to know if her head is the same size as current normal Barbie dolls (Fashionistas, BMR1959, etc) or is it 'extra' large more like Disney Princess doll heads?

I'm inclined to say Mattel princess and older Fashionista large by looking at her. I have a Descendants boy and his head is smaller than a Monster but bigger than a Ken.
