I did buy myself some booze, but I couldn't use the Wally card I got because they had nothing in a size I wanted. I ended up getting some tiny size bottles at another store. But I did find this Daphne Minton at Wallys in the toy sale room. Her box was broken but since I unbox anyway, it didn't matter to me. She was priced at $17, but rang up $15 instead.

Her hair was a mess of static, so I wiped her down with a dryer sheet for now. When I get some perm papers, I'm going to curl her hair. She's one of those who has two great outfits so I'll be changing her out more often. Those huge hoop earrings are going to be put away tho.

I learned dryer sheets coat your clothes with wax so that could be why they work well on doll hair.

Picked up one of the Real Littles Disney bags and some of the Micro Mart Shopkins.




I'm not normally a supporter of Disney, but I HAD to have that Stitch beach bag. I just wish I would have gotten the water bottle as one of the surprises. Guess I'm going to be stalking eBay for a while . . .

My favorite of the Shopkins is the juice. I can use both the bottle and the glass for photos.

I stumbled upon it on a sock puppet FB account I have and went immediately and signed up for what I could. Really wish I could have it all!

Meantime, my latest buys are Disney but I have to re-do our budget and may have to return one. Sigh.

I intend to eventually get the new wheelchair Ken with his Made to Move body. He's a brunette and darker than the blond from last time, more a Hispanic-light African American.

And if you're a fan of Robert Sheehan (Klaus Hargreeves) and you buy his book of short stories you can get the audio book of him reading them at a discount.

Found a seller on ebay who had the blond Barbie Looks Ken for a reasonable price (only about $7 over the original market price). I snapped him up while I could. The other two are relatively easy to come by, but Blondie is hard to get. Don't know when he'll get here, but he's on his way!
