I love Zote soap. I use it for cleaning paint brushes, spot cleaning doll clothes, and I've used it with a soap brush for scrubbing accessories and doll furniture.

I will say, I think the white one has a slightly different scent than the pink one? I feel like the pink one is slightly sweeter smelling, while the white one is more fresh? It's very faint, though, so it could just be the batches I got.

Having just washed a bunch of regular ponies with Zote soap I can say it did a good job on them. It comes in bar form in the laundry section and if your regular box store doesn't carry it try a Latin-Hispanic store, it's a Mexican soap, and there's no difference between pink and white except for the color.

Hmmm. I don't think we have either the soap or the shops around here.

I found mine at Walmart.

Latin-Hispanic isn't a particular brand, in southern California we have a large immigrant community and there are several chains of grocery and department stores that carry more import brands than other places. If Walmart didn't have it I was going to check the El Superio which is next to our laundromant.

Yeah, I know it isn't. But our stores around here are Caribbean, hallal, and German or Polish! lol

Current crazy idea: Converting vintage human patterns to doll scale.

Cut out some calico maxi dresses and odds and ends for my Blythe. Might have to make her purge some of her clothes or get a friend who wears the same size.

I worked my tail off today. I inked a sketch of Pinkie Pie I'd been meaning to finish for a month, I drafted, inked, and finished a style template for Equestria Girls dolls, and I drafted 2 multi-purpose patterns for Equestria Girls dolls. Now, I can design and create all sorts of basics for the Equestria Girls dolls. I'm exhausted!

Save your old dryer sheets to use for interfacing on doll clothes. They are thinner and lighter than any interfacing you can buy.
