This is basically a crocheted skullcap then the strands of hair are attached to the horizontal bar of the stitch with a lark's head knot (like latch/locker hooking). Keeps her little head form getting cold.
I only did half the cap because this is enough hair for her and I ran out of strands as I was repurposing a previous unsuccessful yarn wig.
