Too much pomegranate juice, like above a sip, disagrees with my digestive tract (along with possibly lowering my already low blood pressure). I already have issues with cruciferous vegetables, broccoli or cauliflower doesn't have to be in everything, but I like occasional lettuce or cabbage and radishes.

Anyone looking for a study paper idea should see if there's any connection between cruciferous vegetable digestive issues/allergies and neurological disorders like OCD and tics.

I can't have pomegranate either. It feels like there's a glass wall between me and the world if I have any.

I love pomegranate, but I can't say I've ever had enough of it in my life to know if it causes any issues issues. I DID recently notice that bananas make my mouth burn and tingle, plus I always get indigestion after I eat them, so that's something. As I get older, I'm starting to note more and more things that aren't "normal" that I ignored when I was younger. Mustard and I don't agree with each other AT ALL. Like, it melts my skin off don't agree. I think that probably counts as an allergy.

The only thing that should taste like it's trying to eat you is pineapple, lol. No food or drink should taste like fire ants, nor should it make your mouth feel swollen or numb.

And you'll never believe what vegetables mustard is related to.

I'm starting to try to expand my range of foods I like. Turns out I really like soy sauce. It's a start.

Update: Guess who might actually be allergic to soy sauce.

Are you allergic to soy beans themselves or is there something mustard and soy sauce like vinegar or some other acid?

Funny that I had an allergy test Tuesday. Since I was referred from my ENT doctor the allergist the initial tests were sinus related, but he wants me to get blood work done and one of the things he wants to check is if I have a latex allergy. I told him about my issues (and recent episode) with mangoes and he said the two allergies often go hand in hand. I am allergic to mold spores, hay and dust mites. But not my dog!
