It would be so much better if they did a 2D cartoon based on the box art, but nobody wants to make 2D anymore...

Welp, I've gone and done it. I want all of them now. Renee is super cute, and needs her friends.

Actually a lot of people would watch 2D animation, companies just don't want to listen and they want to be cheap. We need an old fashioned 2D cartoon to go viral with the emphasis being on its traditional style. Start searching Chuck Jones or something with not only the Grinch but Raggedy Ann and The Great Santa Clause Caper being right for the time of year.

Does anyone have a Barbie Dream Bestie doll? Are they good? I was super excited at first, then less excited, but now I'm excited again??? I might pick one up tomorrow. I've always had a disconnect with Barbie because of her proportions, but I'm thinking maybe this could be the Barbie line I dig the shape of? I'm a sucker for a round head!

Edit: I couldn't wait. I ran out to Walmart and bought Renee. Will try to post pics soon.

I wasn't too sure but I see one has green eyes, so I may be tempted by her.

I watch a lot of anime, which is still mostly 2d. I would love a Barbie anime, that would be frickin sweet.

I'm wishlisting the other Dream Besties, gonna try to score them on a deep discount next week.

Ugh, black Friday's over and the Dream Besties didn't go on a good sale at all... Oh well. Prolly better off that way, I can space them out.
