Who's that doll?

Mystery little doll from a junk store, full porcelain body with large hole at the bottom, joints at shoulders and hips, socket head, feels new and cheap but she's a saucy little thing.

Any idea who she's supposed to be or is she just an over seas factory doll?

Are there any marks on her body at all or a tag in her clothes?

No marks or tags and she doesn't seem that old. Everything about her seems cheap and mass produced with the only care being to her head. No details to her fingers or toes and the body seems a size too small if you know what I mean.

I've seen dolls exactly like that in "souvenier" stores down here (like the ones in Arkansas that call themselves "Knife Factory" or "Cedar Bowl Factory" or "Cherokee Trading Post."). She's basically a cheap East Asian mass-produced doll.
