I agree with this article, if this chick (who no one outside of her hometown has probably ever heard of) actually wins she needs to give all the money to the Betty Page estate cause that's who she and every other banged black haired rockabilly chick copied ;p

I agree, none of them are original, like south park goths, look like us, listen to the same music as us, do the same things as us, ;)

Good Lord, that woman is delusional! Does she really believe that she somehow "invented" the whole Betty Page hairdo-tattoos-heavy makeup look? Maybe next she'll sue that actress from NCIS!

Hmmm ... well, I've never heard of her, but I gotta say, the Barbie is a hella lot prettier than the actual person! Love that faceup.

Oooo, if they stop selling it does that mean it'll become one of those rare collectibles that sells for ten times what it's worth? *goes out to buy ten of em* XD

The joke is on her. That doll is completely sold out and has been since around October, I think. I was waiting for it to go on sale and missed it and was kind of pissed about it. And I don't think the doll is intended to be this person or look like anyone in particular. And also what Misty said. XD

With any luck Mattel will counter sue and she'll have to stop production and relinquish her molds.

"Distinct image"?!?!?! Delusional is putting it mildly. I think she's about to get a rude, bucket of ice-water, wake-up call when it gets before a judge.

Then again - who thought the woman that sued McDonald's because she stupidly dumped a cup of hot coffee in her own lap would have won . . . .

Actually it wasn't that successful since MGA appealed and got it overturned but they definitely came pretty damn close to losing them.
