They're back in court today though. Thanks for the update about the Bratz molds, I wondered why they came back all of a sudden.

Yeah Mattel lost the rights to go after MGA for the mold so now they are trying to win just the money. Of course it isn't that Mattel needs the money so much as they are trying to push MGA into bankruptcy.
