After being delayed by the blizzard my duo are finally here! (now I just need the new eyes to come, I'm not fond of these temps i have for her)

Now for the Dolliehs:

I adore them both, I'm surprised at how limited the 55cm's wrist movements are, worse than my BBBs!

AND it's starting to bother me less, but it's driving me crazy how my 50cm's joints are ALL a different shade than the rest of her body. I'm going to have to put tights or long pants/dresses on her, because it's bad. Her body is Obitsu's typical creamy pale white, but all of her joints are the pinky fleshtone color. It doesn't seem to show up as bad in photos, but in real life it's a bit maddening. Also, she doesn't like standing up for long, her ankles give out and she falls over.

But, she's adorable! I'll have to trim and style her wig, other wise without the clips it hides her completely and I need new eyes, these temps terrify me. I can't wait till it warms up so I can give her a face up.

I'm trying to decide on a name for her, right now I'm thinking either Shura or Lyra, or something along those lines. It'll help once she has a face up.

As for my 55cm, I have no idea what his name will be, but he seems to like the spare JoJo wig. I was kind of thinking of doing him as a blonde, so I could be super geeky and make him a Link cosplay. Then again, if I go old school Link, I'd need a brown wig hrm...

Also, getting the "new" style neck pegs out of the original heads was a real pain the butt! BUT getting them into the new heads was a piece of cake; wiggle left wiggle right and presto...I'm thinking I got super lucky there.

Lyra is a beautiful name! And her eyes scare me too. Lol. Congrats.

Another Megu!!! 16mm eyes? They tend to look large on her small head. I had to use 14mm

Nintendo game pad card case brings back memories

Thank's all! New dolls are always great motivation to work. I agree the 16mm are WAY too big, but they're all I have on hand right now. My stash of eyes has somehow managed to disappear (I blame the gnomes). I have some more 14mm and 18mm d.eye.y eyes coming in, I just have to wait for them.

Oooo. They're going to be wonderful!
I just bought a Joshua head myself, but have to wait for a body.
I really like the Parabox heads.
