Souldoll

Does anyone have experience with SoulDoll? How do their dolls look in real life compared to the company photos, what colors do they come in, how easy is the company to deal with? That sort of thing.

I can jump in here if you're still looking for info! Souldoll dolls are far more beautiful than on the website! The resin is smooth but not shiny, and thw default faceups are to die for. I had a Souldoll Double Ignis, and her official photos (buried in ridiculous ruffles, lace, and fluffy wig!) Didnt nearly show off the mature refined beauty of these classy dolls.

One thing to know is that they ship out their dolls strung RIDICULOUSLY tight! You'll definitely have to restring once your doll comes home.

I'd say they have comparable wait times and language barrier issues of most other BJD companies, though I had to email them questions from time to time and they answered promptly.

Their white skin is supposedly a match for Soom's cream white but that wasnt my experience. Their white is a very paper white while Soom's is a bit creamier. Either that or my Soom dolls were just yellowed XD I got all of them from the MP so it's hard to say!

I have a Miryu I got off the MP and she is way more gorgeous than the company photos. She's natural skin and the tone is quite lovely. One thing that surprised me was how heavy she is. Girlfriend is not a lightweight. She's also on the old, more childish body.
