Quest for a Dollfie Dream

I've been wanting a Dollfie Dream for a while and after pocketing a little money here and there. I think my body is ready...

Currently I've tried searching yahoo auctions, ebay, and taobao using keywords such as "Dollfie Dream" and ドルフィードリーム, with no luck on finding one I want. I really like the ones with the dynamite body like Yoko or Sasara, but a regular one like saber is fine too.

Honestly, Taobao is kinda fishy since most auctions didn't bother to post actual photos of the merchandise...

I'm currently considering just having a custom done to my own liking even though her wardrobe will be severely limited for a while (probably just undies, a bikini, and something to wear when I take her to AX). Unfortunately, Volks is sold out of the head and eyes I want!

not sure what hair I want to give her or where to get it. I was reccomended Leeke world, but I heard quality in their product dropped? I imagine mine would have light colored hair.

I would go with the custom one. I am sure the Volks will be getting the head back in. I would suggest seeing if you can order her and then have them get the head in for you. Same with the eyes. Try Dollmore for the wig. I always think they have really good wigs. Otherwise, I really like Monique Gold wigs. There are lots of clothes options out there, and there is always having something made up for your girl. I believe that most Volks clothes tend to be more expensive because of their name brand. However there are many wonderful outfits at much less cost out there, with every bit as much detail. Do you know what you want her to be wearing? Half the fun is in designing the doll you want just for you! I am an Obitsu person, but the DD and DDD are both lovely bodies. The Obitsu Gretel head (Rainman sculpted it) looks the best on them.

Hmm I didn't put much time thinking about an outfit for her. I'd imagine at least a hoodie and a cute mini skirt + some kind of cute top that shows off those curves.

Gotta say she's quite the cute one even though I didn't know who she was back then. A friend's Yoko was partially responsible for dragging me into 1/3 territory.

unfortunately I was unable to secure Yoko, some jerk decided to bid more... So I'm gonna try and bid on this Mai auction before it ends. If that fails I might just grab one of the buy it nows.

Mikazuki tried on a blonde wig tonight...she has the HD03 (Yukino) head and the RURI eyes:











Mai is lovely, but Yoko is on my wishlist as well.

If you are still looking at a build your own DD, they just did the limited edition RURIKON eyes (dark blue). You may be able to find some around or Volks may still have some in stock. They are lovely, too. Michiko has that color:
