Postby AmberRose » Wed Mar 23, 2011 5:29 pm

My daughter has a ns bobobie isabella, i bought her a pair of shoes based on foot length they were a lil wide and childish for her doll. what shoes did you find work best and what type do you like / prefer.

THANK YOU!

And besides what girl does not like to show off her shoe collection, and boys your welcome too as she is planning one of them for later this year as well ;)

BBB/RS 26cm dolls are notoriously difficult to buy shoes for. Generally they will always be a bit big because NOONE makes shoes that really fit them perfectly. I've gotten some that are made for YoSD - they tend to be a bit widish because of the difference in foot style, but it's the best I can usually find.

Yay! I found a thread on Isabella/March dolls. They talk a lot about what clothes and such fit them. http://www.denofangels.com/forums/showt ... cale-Dolls
I also found a size chart with her on it. http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key= ... Es9VYmfvEw
I hope this helps~

If their feet are about the same size as Hujoo feet, then I'd recommend Hot-Dotz, a seller on Ebay based in China, that sells shoes for Hujoo (and other BJD sizes, as well). I bought six pairs, and they're really well-made and not that expensive. The only problem is the boots I bought lace up instead of zip up the back, and they're really tall boots. So they're a pain to get on and off.

Other than that, the pairs I bought don't look cutsy or childish, and there are tons of styles. Check them out maybe?

I heard that the M-Style shoes from Mint on Card fit OK, they're really reasonably priced so I'm going to order a couple of pair for my BBB Isabella.
