I've tried every topic in Dollieh Exchange and they are all coming up as blank pages.

I just went and checked and I'm seeing all of them fine. Give it another try and see what happens. At this point I'm going to guess that it was a server related glitch, because that's what it usually is. If it's still happening, let me know what kind of computer you are using and what browser you use.

Of course as soon as I complained, they came back. It always happens that way.

lol Sounds just like my job. Machine runs like crap until I bother to call setup to work on it. Soon as they arrive, starts running like a little angel, doesn't matter HOW long they stand there waiting for it to glitch. It won't, and makes me seem like a danged idiot.

(Personally, I think it's a conspiracy to make me look crazy(er). I always did say some of those machines are sentient and clearly have it in for me)
