BBB casts RS dolls so they do indeed cast the dark tan color and take requests. From what I've heard, the darker BBB/RS colors simply darken with age. I haven't heard of any pigment lost yet.

True - the chocolate Pixie that I sold was at least three years old and she wasn't always in a box, but she had no color change that I could have identified :) Right now my oldest bobobie is a blue sprite and she looks perfect still :)

The worst I've ever seen were some of the Bambicrony dolls that were pink, purple and blue and were fading/changing colors within a few months of arriving to their owners. That was going on when I first entered the hobby and there was so much drama!!
On the other hand, everything I own that Bobobie casts is still the exact color it's supposed to be.
From what I've heard French resin tends to yellow, although in the pictures I've seen it doesn't look terrible to me.
