Thanks guys :D. I have no idea what I'm gonna call her yet. I was thinking of Michele, because I got her from my boyfriend and his name is Michiel, and I think it suits her, but I'm not sure yet. The shape of her mouth is one of the main reasons I love her sweet face :). Gotta say people are right about her posability, especially the arms are bugging me a bit. And when I move her legs she squeaks like a... well, what squeaks a lot..? I'm sorry, I've had a bit of wine tonight.

Kurosu.chan, she's a J-Doll, made by the same people who make Pullips (first Jun Planning, now Groove).

P.S.: I won't be able to put her on my natural skin Obitsu if I ever want to, she's too tan.

Decided to call her Michele, it really seems to suit her very well.

I still don't know what to compare the squeaking to.

Yeah J-Dolls have squeaky legs and so do Hestias which have the same body. To get the head off you have to use violence! I had to open fish face's head to change her eyes. More about body swap over here: http://www.flickr.com/groups/j-doll/dis ... 340723818/
I'm mostly on Tumblr now.

What about a Liv or a Fashionista body?

Thanks Gift, I'd already seen that!
I just didn't think a bodyswap would be possible because of my J-Doll's skin colour. But... I guess a Fashionista body would work..! LIV could work too, love those bodies, but they're hard to come by in the Netherlands. Right now it's not worth it, I'm pretty broke ;). But thanks for the tips! Hadn't even thought of Barbie and LIV..!

I liked Michele's stock outfit the first day, after that it got boring. I don't know why, because I'm not exactly great at making clothes, but I always want to get my dolls out of their stock and into something I made asap! Sooo I created my girl a simple little black dress.

Almy/Landwhale... interested in Gran Vía's stock outfit without shoes..?

Yus please? I'll PM you.
A hobby isn't supposed to leave you wistful, regretful and vaguely disappointed. BJD collecting is as customizable as the dolls themselves. Do whatever pleases you the most, because otherwise, why do it at all? All for the 'Gram Bitches love the 'Gram.

I guess I'll be sending Almy the shoes as well.

The thing is... when Gran Vía arrived, I immediately realized she wasn't as great as I had hoped. I mean, she's pretty and all, but I don't FEEL her. She doesn't inspire me to make her clothes and photograph her. I can't get much out of her. There was no *click*. I thought there might be one later and I waited... but it didn't come.

This was really hard to admit to myself, because I'd gotten her as a gift from my boyfriend and she was so expensive and I'd whined about her to him for a day... but just now I gathered all my courage to tell him that I don't love her as much as I thought I would, and he actually understands. Which is REALLY nice. I think I'll try selling her nude now and my boyfriend agreed that I could go out and get another Obitsu and Little Pullip to make myself another hybrid... because I completely fell in love with those, just like I thought I would..!

Blah. I just had to get that off my chest.
