Moxie head on Obitsu body

Postby pbellows » Fri May 20, 2011 11:55 am

Has anyone tried to put a Moxie teen head onto an Obitsu body?
I'm REALLY HATING the joints of the origional body... so I thought about just getting a similar sized obitsu body to stick the head on.
The Moxie teen faces are so pretty... and I love the eyes, and the fact they have "real" eyelashes.

Ooooh, I have a "Liv" doll I want to do this to...I'm not actually sure she's a Liv, because I got her at Goodwill for about $2, but she looked lonely, and now she wants a new body >.>
If I knew anything about either Obitsu, Moxie Teenz or Liv, I'd do it...I can't wait to see how this goes for you!

Obitsu's are way too white, Tristen the lightest of the Moxie Teens looks like a well tanned babe compared to my girl with the obitsu body.

This was the only photo I had comparing the 2 that wasn't totally washed out from the sun.

You would be better off putting the Moxie Teenz head on either a Liv or Fashionista body. The Liv bodies are not all that bad.

Chae-ri is a Moxie Teenz Melrose head (with Tristen's purple eyes) on a Liv Daniela body. She's absolutely gorgeous and the head really isn't any more disproportional than a Liv head. I love the whole krewe, but Ri-ri is my grrl for life yo. :B

Yuppers! In fact I wanted to put a Moxie head on an Obitsu at first as well, until I saw how thin the body was.. Plus the Moxie head just wouldn't shrink enough to really look good on one of those.

LIV bodies that are a good match though: Hayden for Tristen, and Daniela for Melrose.

I was wanting to get the 40 cm obitsu... i was thinking that the size would offset the 'big headed-ness' lol

You would still have problems with color matching.
