My doll family (many images)

Postby PerlaNemesis » Thu May 26, 2011 1:03 pm

Here's a photo of all my dolls. Photo was made last April so there are few newcomers. :)
Image

My Scene Kennedy. I got her last May. She was already used but still in good condition. Her original clothes were brown leather jacket, pants and white top. This dress is from ebay and it looks very good on Kennedy. :)
Image

Moxie Girlz Lexa. In my opinion she's the cutest Moxie. ^^ Too bad that she has the same feet as Bratz. I wish I could change her shoes as well. :/
Image

Next: Bratz boy. I don't remember exact date he arrived. He can stand by himself because of those large shoes.
Image

Barbie Fashinistas (Sporty). I LOVE her! Especially her hairstyle. ^^ She really looks good in this blue dress. Too bad I can't find shoes that would fit the dress. But since it's a long dress it's hard to see which color shoes she's wearing.
Image

Liv doll. Well, I wasn't really fond of her when I bought her because she looked scared and I don't like her original outfit. Now looks much better.
Image

Lelia Dream Princess. She's really simple and cheap but still adorable. :)
Image

And finally My Scene Westley. She's my second Westley. I bought her already used and it seems that she has been used for a while. She has joints on her knees unlike my other My Scene dolls. Didn't know such bodies existed. ^^;
Image

And here's additional photo of my oldest Barbie (she's ~20 years old) in her original clothes and Barbie Fashionistas. Photo made with mobile phone so quality isn't very good. Sorry. :/
Image

Well, that's all for now. :)

Omg I had that same Barbie on the left, man that brings me back. Great photos of your collection! :D
A hobby isn't supposed to leave you wistful, regretful and vaguely disappointed. BJD collecting is as customizable as the dolls themselves. Do whatever pleases you the most, because otherwise, why do it at all? All for the 'Gram Bitches love the 'Gram.

@EAB Thanks, I really love my dolls. ^^
@Gift_in_Edge Well, I love collecting dolls (and so does my mother and her mother ;D). I like Lexa's hair, to. She has quite a lot of them if compared to other dolls her size. :)
@hanabushi I got her in local supermarket. The only place I could online is this one. Haven't found any on Ebay. :/
@AlmySidaKay Thanks. :) She's second oldest Barbie in the family. My grandmother has Barbie bought even before this one. Ballerina is this photo is that doll.
@Lokiholic I love her as well. My mother had to hide it from me when I was little.

Today I received new My Scene doll Nolee.
Image
She also came to me already used. Her arms seem to be a bit worn out (just like the second Westley's legs). Also, she has two joints on her elbows while her legs are the same as all other Barbie/My Scene legs.
Image
But on the bright side, she came with many additional clothes and shoes. This is photo of her and things that came with her.

Today is my lucky day! My mother came back from supermarket and it turns out that she bought me Barbie Fashionistas Sweetie. This one was already out of box and is missing some of her accessories but she cost $9 instead of usual $24 so there was no way my mom would go past such offer.

And here's comparison between two Fashionistas Sweetie. They seem identical at first but actually they have different knees. The right one has newer version of knees while left one has older version. The new knees are much better than old ones and they are more flexible.

And here's my new Barbie with Barbie Fashionistas Sporty. Sorry, they all are still nameless. For some reason I have hard time giving names to my dolls. :/
