ShouYume let me borrow Iria for two whole weeks! You know having an Obitsu in the house is further fueling my desire for a super awesome vinyl girl.

I had so much fun sewing this gown! I got so tired of struggling with patterns, it still frustrates me that I'm not picking it up as easily as I picked up just... sewing. So. I draped this thing and sewed it together as I went. AAAHHHH!!! It was so much fun!








You can put a belt around it for something more fitted, but I think it's still a bit poofy this way. It might look good with a little corset waist cinch though, to stream-line it if you wanted.







And a reversible cloak! The gold side for fancy evening events perhaps?



And black crushed velvety goodness on the other side.

That's a beautiful dress! I love the different visible layers in the front. This right here is why I'm so excited for my girl to come home. Taavi has no patience for being cross-dressed and Ella is just a little too small for detailed costumes.
