What's your icon?

Mine is one of the many icon-sized portraits of Vickie from City of Heroes that I have stored away.

All of my icons for the past year or so feature Chae-ri, of course, whether a photo of the actual doll or the Poser model I made of her.

As you can see from my new icon, Cherry has decided to go with the English spelling of her name now...

My current "Grumpy Bastard" avatar is basically an anime version of me (as close as I could get it) made with an anime avatar maker created by "Heglys" on Deviant Art. I did some tweaking and added the title in Picnik and that was it.

I can't show my real face as it has been declared a public menace, terrifying to children and is even considered a WMD and an instrument of torture under certain international laws!

And the thing about icons is that people start appearing as icons in my head. (So whenever someone mentions Greyhaunt, she appears as the purple haired lady in my head. Is that a good thing?)

I totally do that too. When Almy and me first started here we referred to most by what their icons looked like before remembering usernames.

I am totally working on some obitsu Erik/Charles at the moment, hurr hurr hurr. XD

I had to look up what my icon is. I totally forgot it!! To my suprise it's a wonderful little cuthulu (sp?) doing the "Buddy Christ" move. Mostly I just thought it was adorable and I've kept it that since I got here.

My one over in JSpot is from my favorite online comic "Something Positive." I found an icon of my favorite character from the comic, "puddy cat."

A Dalek! I love Doctor Who, but only the old school series (I seriously love Pertwee). It's probably because I love all things campy. Something about it being old/low budget just makes it that much more fun. Also, less angst. I don't really like angst in a lot of my media. I'd rather have fun.

I love the origonal Dr. Who series. I really like all the original series Doctors. Unfortunatly I've only seen Troughton in episodes with other Doctors so I'm quit so sure about him. Pertwee, T. Baker, and McCoy are my favoites.

Is not so bad....except he's a guy. Actually I have the same thing! I always see Cirquemom in my head as looking like her Soah - and I've MET Cirque!

Woo! I haven't seen McCoy, unfortunately. The local PBS station never got that far. :/ They liked to play Troughton and Pertwee on loop. It wasn't until I got a tape of Shada that I actually saw Baker in action. Troughton is pretty awesome; I recommend War Games. I love the cheesiness of the effects, and the storyline is interesting.
Also Five Doctors. I love the horrible effects in that thing. They're being chased by GIANT BLACK TRIANGLES FROM THE SKY. XDDD Although Five (I forget his name) was really annoying in it, acting superior to the other incarnations.
