She's adorable!! I don't think I've ever seen those mini figures, they are pretty cool (I love Sailor Moon).

Sorry, she's not, but I am sure you could put together one of your own. It's an outfit from the 6" Sailor Moon dolls, the body is an 11cm Obitsu from Junkyspot, and the head is from a capsule toy.
