Obitsu 55 and 60 leg swapping + other questions

Postby 1/6andtinylover » Sat Jul 16, 2011 9:45 pm

It's going to be a veeery looong way down the road before I get an Obitsu but I'm going to ask anyway: Does 60cm female with 55cm leg look okay? If the hybrid is possible at all (I think so, since they have a hybrid of 55cm with 60cm legs). Since the 55cm legs would have been for a male body, I'm wondering if it would look out of place on a female body. If anyone has pics, that would be great.

The other question: Did anyone put a Dollfie dream head on a male body (Obitsu or otherwise)? Or any anime type heads on male bodies? Pics would be appreciated.
The ever growing wishlist: Hujoo Dana, Obitsu 40, and an army of other Obitsus with anime style heads.
The more expensive end of my wishtlist: Limhwa Half Elf and Elfdoll Soah, my dream dolls.

Yes, the 55cm legs on the 60cm body look fine. My girl Diamond has had that mod for maybe three years.

Diamond's the one in red. She also has a Dollfie Dream large bust.

So do Prima and Marie, my 60 cm Obitsus. I like the way it looks and the fact that it makes them a bit shorter.

*cough* Somehow I knew that our resident vinyl general would answer this question first. Glad to know that it looks good. I'm such an overplanner, I worked out all of the head molds, skintones and bodies my possible future dolls will be in.

So now I'm planning 3 50cm girls, 3 55cm boys, 2 55cm women, 2 60cm men and possibly a 40 or 47cm child. But I don't see myself owning one anytime soon.

The fact that having around 10 big obitsus in a house means I would have spent over $2000 for dolls makes me go O.O

that would probably work as well but be prepared for extremely long legs.

Actually, JS sells the 55cm with 60cm legs. You can see the pics in 60cm Obitsu section.

Hm...looking at them now, I think I can tell how the legs are meant for a female body (the curvy shape of the thighs) but they look fine.
