I agree with everyone else as well. Definitely buy a new one, it'd be a lot better than one with mismatched hands. Does she show photos of the hands different color not being noticeable?

Junkyspot is definitely somewhere to look into, I ordered my first doll from Emory and within the week I had her in my arms and extra goodies too!
If money is an issue and you want layaway you could also look in DenverDoll. They are super great with customer service as well and they have up to a 4 month layaway depending on the price of your order. You can always pay the layaway off early, just send them an email! They might have the tan resin as well.
