My obitsus - New photos!

Hi

Well here are all of my obitsus - including 2 rather lovely second hand ones that I've inherited the faceups from the previous owner

This guy is Dick Turpin from the TV show Horrible Histories (loved those books as a kid so it was inevitable that I'd love the show). He's one of the inherited face-ups but on the new body.

Yeah! It's amazing! Youtube it, my personal favourite song is George IV's solo career... Closely followed by the Dick Turpin song... And the Pachacuti song, and the Charles II song, and the Evil Emperor song... Um yeah it's just awesome and it's got Simon Farnaby in it!

Now you're just making me feel old. They were released when I was in elementary school, so that's all I know them as. I used to get them from the school book order. /was a tiny nerd, woo!

Maybe I should start watching actual airing shows, instead of just crazy 60s camp from Netflix... nah. XD

I've just touched up the eyes of my Dick Turpin doll - I'd come to the conclusion that the old ones looked a bit creepy.

But I'm not sure what to do to the other male obitsu's head. That type of head is an awful lot more difficult for me to get right as a beginner at this thing, since there aren't any built in guides for eye shape.

I'm really stuck for ideas. Anyone got any suggestions?

My 2nd attempt at his face-up - still pretty derpy... His head mould is so difficult to get right!


And his awful elf ears - they look better in real life, as per usual the photos show every little flaw..

And finally my female obitsu - I just don't know what to do with her. I was thinking Sophie from Howl's Moving Castle, but in real life her hair is really pale blues and purples not greys. And I don't much care for her current face-up.
