Hujoo Cora/Dana and MNF?

I really want to see how the two compare. Also, can a Minifee head be put on a Hujoo body? Thanks :)

My Ani is on a MNF body, but her head is Luts-- I can still try it on Cora's body later today when I get home from work :)
