I don't know how much help I can be seeing as I don't have either however coming from a fellow pullip,teayang love of big eyes and headed dolls person I decided to put my two cents in seeing as I was in the same position as you and lately I also liked the idea of a hujoo berry

Jumping into a bigger doll then what your used to can be a little intimidating however I would suggest saving for the BJD then after getting her decide if you want the hujoo berry also beware of ebay I suggest if you live in the states to buy from a distributer such as http://www.denverdoll.com/dimdoll.php denver doll since they are a well known and trusted distributer (although I have never done business with them as of yet I do plan to point is I have no experience with them personally ) and unless you have to avoid ebay unless it's the actually D.I.M company then thats ok

Also just a note unless you haven't already I would suggest looking and comparison photos of a pullip/teayang/dal next to whatever size BJD you plan on getting just to give you an idea of how it will be and get you used to the size difference if there is any

If you live in the States, I recommend JunkySpot over DenverDoll. JunkySpot only sells dolls that Emory (the owner) actually has in stock. Which means faster shipping and much less wait time. Plus, he's very trustworthy. Probably most of the people on this board buy from him. :mrgreen:

DenverDoll has SOME dolls in stock, but usually not the ones you want. Which means you have to wait for months before they come in because they have to order from the companies. For example, I'd ordered a Fairyland doll from DenverDoll back in June, just a blank head, no special items with it, ect, and I'm still waiting for it to come in. They're only just starting to get June orders in now. So I've still got a bit of a wait yet, especially since Fairyland is so slow with their orders lately.

Ah I would have suggested junkyspot but they don't sell D.I.M dolls which is what she is looking for. However that is nice to know about denverdoll though what do you do if junkyspot doesn't have what you are looking for though? because thats my problem at the moment and the reason I'm considering getting from denverdoll when I'd really rather get from junkyspot since I've gotten things from them before and trust them

Ahh yes yes, more good suggestions and information. Thank you so much you guys! Its been helping very much. I checked out the DenverDoll site, and they have to dolly that i am interested in, but only with face up. And i wanted her blank. humnn...and if junkyspot does not carry the DIM line, it looks like i am going to have to search even further.

Actually I just double checked for you and you can pick her with out faceup on denver doll you just have to scroll to the bottom of the page and they have a "no face up" option not that I'm trying to push denverdoll on you I'm just trying to help make it easier to get the doll you want is all its all up to you
