Working on Faye's outfit

They're too sexy for their clothing - but they have to wear them anyway! Did you buy it? Did you make it? Who cares - let'm strut their stuff here!

Working on Faye's outfit

As I mentioned before, I planned a Dungeons and Dragons theme for my dolls collection. Faye is inspired to my playing character, an half elf Bravura Warlord (we play in 4th edition), but in her doll incarnation she will be a bard.
I used yesterday's evening to sew her trousers: the boots are a little big but still I needed to take off her feet, but they consent to have her standing on herself without any problem. The shirt and the cape/vest are just pieces of cloth pinned on her back to have a preview of the color scheme I plan for her outfit. In the definitive version she will have a long and puffy sleeves shirt (like the ones of Renaissance swordsman) with a red flowing sash where now is the strange obi thing, a black vest and maybe a red cape. I want to add a feathered musketeer hat as final touch.

It is looking really good so far. I am looking forward seeing the outfit when it is complete.

She looks great. I'm eager to see how she progresses.
