When I was young, I always wanted a Barbie doll, but money was very tight in our household. But I do have a floppy doll I got from someone when I was 5 years old. She is now 47yrs old and very fragile - her body (made from material) is very delicate and tears easily. Hoping to fix her one day. In the past couple of months I have bought 2 Moxie Teenz dolls - Tristan and Melrose and have been knitting for them. Now waiting for my hujoo Dana doll impatiently... hope its this week.

It was the same for me. I ended up buying cheap little Pamela Love dolls, which I now collect again ^^ (I have over a 100 lol).

I posted this in my own topin in 1/4 already, but I bought a second hand beauty on DoA that will be shipped from Austria to me today!!! Can't wait!!!

I just won a Jun Planning Ai "Cosmos" on eBay that I've been obsessing over. She's was an impulse buy and I'm still a little nervous about having a doll so small. I've wanted to get an Obitsu 11cm (to see if I could handle a PukiPuki Pong Pong, omg so cute!), but by the time I would put the body together and the head and possibly a wig and I don't know how to root hair and I didn't want to have a naked bitty doll around so I would have to buy clothes, etc... the Cosmos was a really good deal! (and amazingly adorable, in her little nurse outfit)

So, she's actually coming to me from only a few towns over, so I hope that the estimated delivery time of the 22nd to the 29th of November won't happen. I'm so excited! ^.^

At Home: Little Ari (Resinsoul Mei), Gilan (Resinsoul Song), Mina (Jun Planning Ai Cosmos), Yukiko (5StarDoll Tong Tong), Julia (Hujoo Yumi), Lion'a (Hujoo Suve), Ella (Jun Planning Hestia Isora), Mint (Fairland Pukifee PongPong, "unnamed thus far" (Hujoo Nano Freya)
Wish List: Delf Ani, Resinsoul Yun/5StarDoll Angelo (f.), Island Doll Emily, BJD Hamster pet

I'm still waiting for my hujoo Dana doll. Its Friday 3.07pm and no sign of her. How do we check where they are, or do we just have to wait for them to arrive?

My Little Seine (Pullip) arrived! She's lovely! I'm thinking on switching her body out with my 11cm Obitsu, though.

Huzzah! Dennis said they would be shipping out my blue Mei and Rong body today at some point! Now just to haunt my e-mail/BBB site for ye old tracking number!

And my MDD is finally going through customs! ::does happy dace:: This is my first international doll so I'm a bit unsure how long it will take to do the customs thing. But yay more dolliehs inbound!
