Hujoo Dana, anyone have her?

@catshem: I'm having trouble with mine's arms too. She doesn't have good poseability in them. I'm thinking about modding them, normal BJDs can move their forearms all around, hers just bend at the elbow. Like, Obitsus arms or dolls like from Dollmore, they all have an extra piece that allows the arm to move in a circular motion.
Her upper arm can move in the shoulder socket, it just takes a bit of wiggling, there are 'steps' that keep the piece from moving easily.

@kmadame: I would go ahead and get a 7-8 wig, her head size is 18.5cm which is roughly 7.3in. Not sure about the clothes, she is my first girl doll so I don't have anything else to compare her too. xD But she's got some cute hips, they are a lot larger than her chest. :3
Her feet are big too. >__< They are as big as my DZ but fatter. haha Her foot size is 6.5cm, all the cute girly shoes I find are for feet 6.3cm. booooo

It's sad they didn't give her the circular motion in her arms :( If I was a braver gal, I'd try doing the mod Zirc showed on the JS forums. I finally managed to get her arms above her head... it just takes some wiggling and working with the shoulder joint to loosen it. :P

Can I have a link please? I bet it is the same idea I've got..
That is my only issue with her, that and she needs a step in her torso...

Oh thanks for posting that. : ) That is what mod I was thinking of too.

If anyone else would like a hint, I took out the gear that was in her shoulder socket. It really seemed like it was more of a hindrance than anything. She poses a lot easier and with a lot less effort.

Still needs her forearm modded though.

Apparently, the new large-bust Dana body has imporved motion in her shoulder joint. (Going by what it says on JS.)
I have so many dolls that I can't fit all their names in my signature anymore. @__@

@Lamia: If I could, I would so buy the bigger bust. But,oh well.

Dana is strung great, but it's a bit tight in her head so she's constantly looking up . How in the world can I loosen the strings, just in the head area, to give her more movement?

To make the shoulders move better, just completely restring her arms and remove the gear that is in her shoulder. :)

You would have to completely restring her body; the elastic that is in the head goes throughout the torso and to both of the feet. Another piece of elastic goes from arm to arm. The elastic will loosen up on it's own over time, you can speed it up by putting her in a fetal position. Leave her like that for a few days or so if you have no desire to restring her.
