There's also dying via tea but I don't think it'll yield the effect you want. (I'm tempted to buy a dark brown wig and then tea dye it to black myself for Riven)

I'm bumping this.

I've done more research on this, and have found options though MH and Bratz dolls, though it looks more and more like I'm going to have to re-rote, since all the dolls I like come with naturally dark hair, so the acrylic die trick wouldn't lead to the shade of green I'm looking for.

I keep seeing sad looking Cleos all over, too.
