I'm having a hard time falling asleep in the past month-span..... because my feet keep tingling. o_O Seriously.
Whenever I lay down to go to sleep, it feels like theres constantly something on my feet - like bugs crawling, or something touching them in general.... when there isn't. At all. >_> So I'm constantly brushing off my feet and ankles to get rid of the feeling... trying to ignore the feeling is like trying to ignore the cargo train a few houses down when it passes by, honking the whole way. It's horn just gets louder... and louder... and loouuderrr.... till it's painful. In relation to this weird thing about my feet, the feelings end up getting "louder and louder", from just brushing feelings to like pin pricks unless I "brush off" this seemingly imaginary feeling =_=
So then I end up just having to shove my feet only, under the blanket... but it makes it hard to do that on the hotter nights -_-;
I'm wondering if it's becoming like a conditioned OCD thing, though I'm not known to have it >_> Cause it'll go on for hours and I can't ignore it until my feet are covered... OTL

Ask a doctor about that, it could be circulation problems. Any funny or weird physical problems should be looked in to.

hey! I get this too, not all the time but sometimes, especially when it's hot. While it's probably a good idea to look into with a health care pro, as yours seems pretty severe, mine seems to come from dry/irritated skin, because if I rub some soothing lotion or use DHs Hemp Lady Kewl Spray, it is relieved, even better than covering the feets. Maybe this will work for you, too?

Thanks, Dollkim, TB - I'll try lotion first and see what happens... I'd rather exhaust my less pricey options first o_o The sides of my ankles tend to be dry and peel/flake, but that isn't really the area of the foot harrassing me /hmm lets see what happens. My sis has bad circulation, so it may be that, too o_o I didn't think about that, at all.... not quite pins and needles, not quite a real physical touch from anythign lol
