One of my cats has a habit of cautiously approaching stationary furniture, like the couch. Sometimes he also senses evil from the bed or a random sock on the floor, but the couch appears to be the most evil thing in the house.

I cannot drink beer in the afternoon. It always puts me on the couch sleeping it off. Especially when it's 10.5% alcohol by volume.
And before anyone wonders, I don't have a drinking problem. lol I've seen it enough in my own family that I limit to one drink.

lol I made a drink the other night at a friend's housewarming party that we called a Pixie Stick because it was so sickeningly sweet. 2 of those Hawaiian Punch To-Go packets, about 2 large handfuls of ice (enough for 2 lowball classes once blended) about a tablespoon of lemon juice, and about 5 shots worth of Mango rum. Blend til smooth, but unless you add some water or other juice, you'll need a spoon to drink it. I probably could've done with a single packet of the fruit punch, but I like fruity drinks and Cruzan rum can be a bit bitter going down.
