Making Viv an Outfit

It's a bit of a work in progress, but I did a mock-up of a top I want to make Vivica. I also am making her a pair of bloomers somewhere down the way, but for now I'm figuring out this top. I'm pretty sure I need to make the slope on the ruffly peplum a bit more drastic..

Thanks! I hope it'll get better the second time around.
It was made from little scraps of silk crêpe that my costume shop was getting rid of. There was just a ton of scraps of it... so I didn't want it just getting tossed out.
