The only kind of "animal like" doll I've known of are the smaller ones that are like, about 11cm.

I'm not sure what you exactly mean for "run for" in this case (sorry!) so i'll try two options:
Size: They are the same size of a Monsters High, but there are also the small versions. (I think they are similar to lil bratz)
Price: On eBay I saw the grey one, new in box, priced around 50$. Maybe you can find some fair priced ones, I have the handicap of the country (I don't see not-international auction...)

Thank you all girls for your ideas! The option I like the best is Gift in the Edge's one, the Create-a-Monster with the whiteish girl. The possibility to have a male werecat for her in the near future really intrigues me a lot XD Puki are really, really pretty but I want a girl and not a "chibi" ^_^'''
For the others MH, I know you can paint a doll but I'm not really delicate with my creation, I like to dress and undress them a lot and taking them with me and surely the body paint will not resist much time...

I did see the werecat Monster twins will be coming out.

Doll wise the Catwalk dolls aren't all that great. What about searching for a toy with a cat head that you like first then searching for a body to fit it? For example Littlest Pet Shop. Or you could make one out of Apoxie Sculpt. I had to make Cupcake's head when I couldn't find an MLP I liked.

@DollyKim: Apoxy Sculpt or similar is hard to find here, and I'm not a great sculptor, so it will be the last option in the list. The other toy head can be a possibility, but I haven't any toy that can be useful for this purpose, in my possession or not...but I'll search around. Getting a Create a Monster set with the white werewolf still seems the more practical way.

Edit: I found this little doll with a Littlest Pet Shop cat head. It's cute, but she isn't what i was searching for...

My wolf/dragon set just came in and it would work for your character. The ears are on barrettes though and the wig is berry colored. Now if you root it with white hair then you could glue the ears to the head.

I don't think it's what you're looking for, but I found this kitty by accident, just thought I'd share:

Elfdoll makes a doll called Catsy - $250.00 new if you can find her. I have seen her used on DoA for $200 in white. they are really small! (doll house scale)

Imortality of Soul has Jack - who could be female but is supposed to be male, and two other little kitty dolls. They are only available right now. Jack is 25cm or so.

Pipos and Luts both have cat dolls, however they are more can and less human bodies. Dollzone also made a cat petdoll. Still standing as a human, but more animal like paws. Luts is Zuzu Delf, and are 19cm. Pipos are Baha, and are 21cm. Both are in the $250 range.

I know there been other cat dolls out there - Soom did an SD one, but I don't recall any smaller ones.

Actually, if a resin BJD is the direction you want to head in, Pipos and DearMine both make cats (in pure white resin) with mature girl bodies. They are both very expensive, though.

Actually, I think all resin ABJD companies that deal with anthros make some form of a cat. I'm not sure if it's cats as a pet's popularity, ease of sculpting, or what (probably all three!), but cat anthros are blissfully easy to find in a vast selection of price points.

If you want more of a Nekomimi than an outright cat face, the Neko head by Obitsu is compatible with their 27CM bodies as well as their tiny 21CM and 11CM, so you can make her mature, petite, or outright chibi. Their white skin is really white at all, though. Just very pale.

Also, I feel the need to clarify that Pukisha by Fairyland is out of stock only as a full doll. The face-plates for the open-eyed and sleeping face can be bought separately, as can the ears and paws set. It's still available, only in a bit of a roundabout way, but no more than getting the Obitsu Neko. Fairyland's white resin is also paper white, and they are really high quality overall as a resin doll company. I love my Puki Mary.

Well if you're going to go the route of cat ears on a Barbie size doll, I don't see why you can't buy the eats for the neko head and then just make holes in any suitable skin colored doll's head for them. >.>

I mean how anthro are we going? o.o

The Puki Puki baby I posted with the kitty ears has a head comparable to many 1/6 dolls so you could buy just the Pukisha set with the ears and paws. They stick on with magnets so it can't be that hard to stick others or a metal plate in the head of another doll.
