I have a few Polly's too. They are all different holiday ones I have gotten at Target on clearance.

I popped my mini Tangled Rapunzel doll's head on to one of the modern Polly Pocket bodies. Which works great because now she can stand a little better and is barefoot like she was for the whole movie. XD

I had the a ton of the originals as a kid but I didn't like the moderns when they first came out because I really hated the rubber clothes. It took what seemed forever to change outfits on them. :/

I know what you mean, I prefer the ones with the cloth clothes, but there's not too many of them. And awww, a mini Rapunzel sounds so cute..! Do you have a picture?

Oh wow I didn't realized the Polly bodies were so much better quality then say, the Rapunzel or even the LPS Blythe bodies.
A hobby isn't supposed to leave you wistful, regretful and vaguely disappointed. BJD collecting is as customizable as the dolls themselves. Do whatever pleases you the most, because otherwise, why do it at all? All for the 'Gram Bitches love the 'Gram.

Depends which kind you get. I think the older modern ones are better than the current ones. And that Rapunzel is too cute!!

The body she put Rapunzel on looks to be one of the current bodies. Excluding some of the special jointed bodies I'd like to get my mitts on, I prefer this one to the previous ones. The newer ones have a greater range of motion in the arms and head. The arms can now go to the side as well as front to back and the head can tilt up and down as well as look from side to side.

I had to take a closer look but you're right!

Didn't get to go shopping for Pollys today as I knew my Cara was getting delivered in the afternoon, I hope I'll have some time to shop tomorrow... Last day of the year! Lol!

I have one of the Polly Pocket Pretty Packets Random Colors. Her arms move just like Wardah said. ;)

Good luck shopping~!
