MSN trouble

So for two months I have been unable to get to my email on MSN while this is no big deal its self logging into messenger and being reminded that the email is there and stacking up is no fun any ideas on how to fix this? I've tried changing the password and that doesn't work because the email they have for me is no longer active I've tried the help serves giving them all the passwords I use for everything and they never got back to me saying they could retrieve it

I don't know what to do
