Funny thing is they're known as DOA and the irony of it is...Their so strict conversations that aren't about dolls I heard are shut down...

This is something that would not surprise me. I'm waiting to get some email about being booted for not having enough posts... that's assuming I even get notified. *sigh* I only joined because other's wanted me there and rapidly found out I do not belong there (not because I got in trouble, more because I never got any replies to the few times I posted and my two topic threads were removed without warning because I asked for help that was probably addressed somewhere else. I get the maintaining of clutter, but please point someone in the right direction, don't ignore it and shut it down.)

I much perfer it here and at JS, but mostly I'm here as more than half my dolls are off topic at JS too. To which I want to note that JS is totally fine and another awesome place to be if you've ordered from the store.

Meh... lots of posts of mine were deleted because they thought I was spamming to get marketplace access, plus I was banned from MP access for a month... They actually removed topics I really wanted answers on and never dared to post those again. Just a few weeks ago I posted a new topic and it was closed with a link that was supposed to lead to a similar topic, but the idea of that topic was completely different and didn't help me at all. I've kinda given up on posting new topics. I only post in specific discussion threads and waiting rooms now.

Hehe, ironically enough my most recent topic is still active, even though it's about making wigs for Polly Pocket dolls, but hey, what do they know XD I never mentioned my supertiny doll with a 2/3 wig size was a worthless piece of colourful Mattel plastic... XD

Y'know, now that I think about it... I do believe every thread I've ever tried to start on DoA has been shut by a mod. Oh wait, no, there's still a tutorial or two but one for making mini-plushies for dolls was recently completely removed due to it being "off-topic." A lotta people really liked that one and found it inspiring... which is, y'know, the point. So yeah, peeps, it's off-topic to make things for your dolls on DoA. I wonder when they'll shut down my ghetto MSD cardboard box wardrobe tutorial? How about my doll photostory comics... they're talking, and they have characters, and DoA is about dolls, not doll characters (I have literally seen mods warn people not to discuss doll characters on DoA).

Yep, I could rant, but I remember something about that not being what DS is for... or was that Dollacon... akk, I can't remember. I'm glad this place at least has its head on straight. Talking about dolls? On-topic. Talking about the weather? On-topic. xD
