Hi DollyKim, if you are going to get a new bed or whatever, I would suggest get a good mattress - especially if you have back problems. Shop around and get advice. What is bamboo spine condition? Never heard of it, then again maybe we have different terms for it.

This is what it is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bamboo_spine Ankylosing spondylitis in my lower back and tail bone mixed with some scoliosis. If my body has decided to attack its self I can put up with down there as opposed to my hands which I use much much more. ~knock on wood~

I have a good thick memory foam mattress as some pads which the PT guy said are fine, I parted with my last regular mattress when we moved and have slept more comfortably. It's all about comfort as my back hurts the longer I'm up and moving. The bed thing is needing a bed frame to get higher off the ground. In general I've been wanting a low loft storage bed, to high doesn't do my getting up several times a night any good either, or a decent roll away. The one I returned had a very misleading picture on line and wouldn't even unfold etc...

Now I'm going back to square one in trying to figure exactly what I want, not only with the bed but it appears several components in my life. Thanks for all the suggestions, it gives me food for thought.

I am SO on the verge of saying goodbye to one of my sisters forever. I'm so sad, hurt, angry, and all kinds of bad things right now. I'm only playing nice because I know my mother would be really hurt if we wouldn't see each other anymore, because she comes from a broken family herself and wouldn't want the same for us. But sometimes things don't work... My existence seems to annoy her so much that she's been an evil bitch from hell to me my whole life and I am so sick and tired of it...

I swear, if I'm going to pay big doll prices I should go through the official Disney site. I just want to make something nice to collect dust.

DK, if you want to do a storage bed on the cheap:

Get some height-matching 2-drawer bedside tables, and paint them so they all match (the height is what is important). Those are going to go under the head and foot of your platform. Make a platform of hollow-core doors. Bolt or clamp the doors to the tables. Put your memory foam on top of that. Then get a kitchen ladder/stepstool. That will be what you use to get in and out of bed. There should be enough height under the bed to store just about whatever you want.

This week sure is unlucky but today so far is the worst.
Today I went to post office to get shoes for Moxie Teenz I ordered a while ago but I was refused because addressee is my father. I have never had any problems with taking letters and packets for my parents (since it's usually me who takes all that stuff).
Received new schedule of classes. It looks much better and is more balanced than my previous one, except modules (a.k.a. consultations for exams). On Wednesday I go to third lesson and have four lessons. Then "window" (free lesson) and math module. On Thursday I go to second lesson and have three lessons. Then four (!) windows and Lithuanian module. I really hope this will change. And I have no idea where history module will be placed. >.>
