So my new doll, after being held hostage by my sweetheart's work, came home. I had never really looked at DollNDoll before, but when bjdcollecstasy flagged up the "farewell" 40% off sale, I clicked out of interest, saw Jarah, and completely dropped all my other doll plans. There was just something about her face that caught at my heart. My darling girl ordered her for Christmas that night. And I've been in agonies waiting for her.
Her pretty pretty pretty face, oh I do love it so much:
No pictures with her boring human ears, because they came straight out to swap for her dear little elf ears.
With the free wig and GliB eyes that came with her. OMG, how did they know I'd planned a long silver-blue wig for her???
SUCH a pretty body. Single jointed and can't pose to save her life - if anything, slightly worse than my CH singlejointed body. She's kicky as hell, too, need to stretch her elastic a bit. But they've obviously gone for beauty rather than flexibility, and that's fine with me, I don't do photostories. I love the shape of her small breasts and her hips - she looks like a budding thirteen or twelve year old who will be hourglass once she matures. Just lovely. Resin is very nice, velvety and medium weight, with just one flaw on her inner wrist that is hidden in most hand positions anyway. And I love her bottom:
She's so petite! My littlest 1/3 by far. I have her in a Volks DS10 oufit temporarily, and she's swimming in it. Don't know what I want her to wear, yet. She doesn't haven't a name or an id yet - she's just my delicate, grumpy little elf. I wanted her to be something Skyrim or earlier Elder Scrolls related, but she looks way too young to have taken an arrow to the knee.
I'd say it was really, really sad that they've discontinued their 1/3 girls just as I've fallen in love with them and want a sister for her. Only I'm not supposed to be buying bjds anymore... for a long, long time.
I really do love her so very, very much. She's such a darling.
