The weather: has nature gone MADh?!

-31?!?! And I thought our -10 was gonna be bad!!!!!

I wish it was only -10. For past few days it's been -14, -16 and next week is going to be around -20. And just a month ago all forecasters were saying saying that this winter is going to be the most warm one... Who would've imagined it would turn into coldest one?!

Funny, here in Holland they said this would be the coldest winter in ages, which didn't happen either ^^

I could have sworn that I heard birds singing this morning when I stepped out of my house. That worries me a bit, as much as I love this unseasonably warm winter.

Haha there was only a minimum of snow, unfortunately... It's gone already. But it'll be freezing cold this whole week, so who knows ^^

Today...I walked through a swarm of gnats in front of my house. There was also a mosquito on my car window.
Tomorrow is the first day of February and there are bugs outside.

Now, as much as I enjoy this weather in comparison to tons of snow and ice, I am slightly worried about nature being thrown off this year.

Ditto that...it's the first of February, in NC Indiana, and I was wearing a light jacket yesterday.
