Well as a pullip and teayang owner myself I'd be kicking myself if I didn't share my knowledge
1. Teayang's ankles are their weakest points and snap easily (now I say this having owned todd for three years before it happened to me to it's not like first day snap it's gone but)

2. the long hair wigs or wigs with those ringlets in them are horrible qouilty and you will have to re wig if she is a long haired doll with ringlets

3. I suggest you get the boy you like as well as the girl trust me once you get one they will complain they are lonely or you will think they are lonely so get one boy and one girl to keep each-other company

other then that well here are some photos of mine you can look at http://fairytalesandfeathers.tumblr.com ... 6152648526

if you look on my tumbler you'll see my teayang todd (timeulus) and my pullip hikaru(ala) together in one shot

I'm so glad you posted that, animeangel09189! I bought a Teayang, and I've had him for a month, but just yesterday his ankle snapped on me when I was taking his shoes off. I didn't realize I was even using much force! What did you do for your Todd when this happened?

A lot of people replace the bodies with Obitsu bodies. There are many tutorials out there on how to do it.

Your welcome I had mine for three years when it happened after trying to take his shoes off so sad
I have yet to fix todd's foot he's been foot less for a year or so while some people do replace the body with obitsu...I just don't like how it would look in todd there is a tutorial here http://requiemart.com/blog/repair-tutor ... u-taeyang/ I haven't found a drill bit small enough however

I tried mighty putty but that didn't work at all and turns out could have ruined the plastic. While I would like to get his foot back on one day (I still have the foot and peg in with Ricky's obitsu hands) for now its just blanacing him so he doesn't slouch back in photos and keeping it to upper body shots of him if I can and keep enjoying him

I was thinking of just keeping mine footless. I thought to glue it at first and deal with not being able to move it, but I don't want that. I'm not sure how I feel about the Obitsu bodies, since I can't find one that I like. I'm just glad I'm not the only one that has had this problem. I felt like such a failure of a mommy when it happened!

You should unless you can find a spare its really not that bad being footless and you learn how to pose them in such ways that you can't even tell like so http://animegirl4ever09189.deviantart.c ... 4#/d2v3uel
me too but I just adapted it to his story line that he stepped on a mine field (although the character still has his foot when I draw him)

Well, here's an update: his new boots came today, along with some clothes for the other doll that I'm still waiting on. I got some eye putty as a free gift, so I took a very small piece of that to hold the foot on. With the boot on, too, it actually works very well, as long as I'm careful. I don't know if the putty will do anything to the plastic of the foot or leg, but at this point I'm willing to take the risk.
