Probably the hardest thing to find for a decent price is going to be the outfit... Sailor Moon dolls go for ridiculous prices on ebay.
I have so many dolls that I can't fit all their names in my signature anymore. @__@

I only saw one Rini doll in a set of three dolls for too much, but there are plenty of the other 6" ones and you could easily do Sailor Moon herself!
