My Chinese Moxie Girl/Liv clone finally got a Liv body!

Postby MitisFeles » Thu Feb 23, 2012 1:56 pm

Well, the topic subject tell almost all. I finally received the Liv body I bought for a ridiculous price about a month ago, because it was defective (arms are a different skin tone from the rest of the body). I immediately used it to rebody the strange Chinese Moxie Girl clone with acrylic eyes I found some time ago, and that was accidentally decapitated when I was trying to figure out how the head was attached (the cheap hard plastic of the neck tragically broke...)

She's still having a bit of headache for the head transplant, but she already looks happier. Maybe photos don't show much, but she's really, really pretty in real life. I like the Liv body, it seems perfect for this doll and poses really well for his price range.

Derpy smile close-up! Now I need a name for her. I was thinking about Iris. Some suggestions?

No matter how derpy, there's something about her. She's adorable <3

Wow, she is really pretty. I generally don't like Liv dolls, but I really like her.

Me likely! I think it's the forehead that gives the derpy look.
I'm mostly on Tumblr now.

Awww, thank you all! Now that I've see that they look so fine on Liv bodies I'm actually searching for another one of these clones, with darker hair. Wish me luck...
Really, the forehead looks too big only in photos (I'm a terrible photographer): in real life it's a little high but not out of proportions.

She looks like she could be a younger sister to the Leigh Moxie Teen. Even the eyes are the right color. I like her.

I really like her in this posable body! Also (not counting the arms) the neck and bust skintone matches very well with the head!
My camera has a similar grandangolo (wide? ) that is great to take landscapes shots but the only way to make people or dolls' heads look proportioned is to take the picture from a certain distance then cut the frame smaller... The first digital camera I had used to keep shapes as they were!
